ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to assess current workplace technologies and identify opportunities for modernizationDesign and implement solutions using Microsoft Teams (Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, etc.) to support business operationsLeverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance user productivity, automate tasks, and integrate AI-driven insights into business workflowsConfigure and optimize SharePoint environments for document management, intranet portals, and team collaborationLead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support user adoptionDevelop solution architecture, documentation, and governance models aligned with Microsoft best practicesWork with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Teams and SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Platform, etc.)Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and emerging technologies to inform client strategiesSupport pre-sales activities including client demos, proposal development, and solution scopingProvide ongoing support and advisory services to ensure long-term client success Skills And Experience5+ years of experience in consulting or IT delivery roles focused on Microsoft technologiesBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related fieldProven expertise in Microsoft Teams (functional or technical), SharePoint Online, and Microsoft CopilotStrong understanding of modern workplace concepts, digital collaboration, and cloud transformationExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a strong assetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsMicrosoft certifications such as PL-200, MB-300, MS-600, or equivalent are preferred My Rewards @ MNPMore than a paycheque, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards for our team members.
