Job Summary
STLTH Vape is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow and manage B2B retail accounts across Central Alberta, with Calgary serving as the primary base. This is a hybrid sales role that combines field-based territory management with inside sales and outbound calling.
This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, activity-driven sales environment that combines phone outreach with in-market execution.
The role requires regular travel throughout Central Alberta as well as consistent phone-based selling, typically 50–100 outbound sales calls per week, to drive new business, secure reorders, and grow account performance.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in inside sales, outside sales, or hybrid territory roles who are comfortable prospecting by phone and executing in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a Central Alberta sales territory, operating from a Calgary base
- Conduct 50–100 outbound sales calls per week to retail partners and prospects
- Build and maintain strong B2B retail relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and drive new account acquisition
- Execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, and conversion targets
- Perform in-store visits, product education, and merchandising support
- Monitor sell-through, inventory levels, and reorder opportunities
- Track call activity, leads, and account updates using CRM tools
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and issue resolution
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, outside sales, territory sales, or B2B sales
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and phone-based selling
- Willing and able to travel regularly throughout Central Alberta
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a dynamic hybrid schedule
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
