Position: Commercial Real Estate Marketing Administrator
As a member of a growing commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, you will play a central role in prioritizing, coordinating, and executing marketing related tasks with a positive, professional, approach within a team environment. This includes effectively planning, scheduling, communicating, and organizing the day-to-day activities of your position. Success in this role requires developing a strong understanding of the corporate environment within a Property Management and Brokerage company, enabling you to anticipate needs and support strategic initiatives proactively.
You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the leasing and sales objectives of our commercial property portfolio. This includes marketing commercial properties across multiple channels, crafting compelling property narratives, and ensuring consistent, polished branding throughout all materials. Your role will involve managing and updating company websites and online listings to ensure accuracy, visibility, and strong search performance; maintaining and growing our social media presence with engaging, timely content; and producing high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, property information packages, signage, email campaigns, and presentation decks. You will also support photography, videography, and virtual tour coordination to spotlight our properties effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
Design marketing plans with Senior Management team that align with business objectives (leasing targets, investment goals)
Develop property specific campaigns (office, industrial, retail, etc.) including positioning, messaging and media mix
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage website content updates to maximize property visibility.
Prepare email marketing materials, social media posts, campaigns, and performance tracking
Manage paid advertising (PPC, social media ads) to drive traffic and leads into the CRM
Collateral & Content Creation
Produce marketing materials: brochures, spec sheets, presentations, virtual tours, site plans
Complete photo and/or video shoots of properties, events;
Write and edit marketing materials for all channels, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling
Work with senior management to produce corporate marketing material, proposals, templates, property management material, etc.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs (web traffic, lead volume, email open rates, campaign ROI) and provide reports as required
Use data insights to optimize campaigns, reallocate budgets and refine targeting
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with leasing brokers, asset managers and acquisitions teams to understand property differentiators and market dynamics
Liaise with external agencies and vendors (design firms, printers, media buyers) to ensure timely, on budget delivery
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Experience
3+/- years of marketing experience, preferably within commercial real estate industry
Proven track record managing multi-facet campaigns and producing high-impact marketing materials
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Solid understanding of Google Analytics, SEO best practices and paid media management
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong command of storytelling
Works well in a team environment, but able work independently and prioritize tasks
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to data-driven decision making.
Additional Skills
Familiarity with commercial real estate listing platforms and Yardi Leasing modules an asset
Ability to travel to property sites as needed (Vehicle and Valid Driver's license)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
