**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist visitors, addressing inquiries, and guiding them to the right personnel.
- Use Microsoft Office and Yardi to maintain and update office records and databases.
- Carry out data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office activities.
- Exhibit strong communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.
