Responsable de la livraison et de l'enlèvement en toute sécurité des produits de dialyse aux patients atteints d'insuffisance rénale à domicile et aux centres de dialyse. Les responsabilités comprennent la conduite de camions, la rotation des stocks et les vérifications d'inventaire. Nécessite la conduite de camions conformément aux règlements et directives du ministère des Transports (DOT).

FONCTIONS / ACTIVITÉS:

SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE:


•    Responsable de promouvoir la culture de FME Canada à travers ses valeurs et ses normes de service à la clientèle.


•    Responsable d'offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel à tous les clients externes et internes.


•    Développe et entretient des relations efficaces grâce à une communication efficace et opportune.


•    Prend des initiatives et des mesures pour répondre, résoudre et assurer le suivi des questions     relatives au service à la clientèle avec tous les clients en temps opportun.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES:


• Livrer et récupérer les produits de dialyse chez les patients à domicile, dans les hôpitaux et les cliniques, conformément aux procédures et directives de sécurité établies.


• Assurer de bonnes relations avec la clientèle en livrant systématiquement les commandes à temps et en se comportant avec intégrité, courtoisie et professionnalisme.


• Obtenir la signature du client pour le ramassage et la livraison des produits de dialyse.


• Respecter toutes les réglementations fédérales et provinciales. Établir l'itinéraire pour le jour de livraison conformément à la liste du superviseur de l'entrepôt.


• Chargement et déchargement du camion, placement des produits à l'endroit demandé par le client et vérification que les produits sont exempts de poussière ou de neige.


• Responsabilités liées au véhicule, notamment veiller à ce que l'intérieur de la benne et la cabine du camion soient propres et organiser l'entretien et la réparation du camion si nécessaire


• Conserver un dossier de conduite satisfaisant


• Utiliser les équipements de manutention de manière sûre et efficace, conformément aux procédures établies, selon les besoins


• Rester en contact avec les sites grâce à la communication cellulaire, veiller à ce que les documents relatifs aux livraisons soient remplis quotidiennement

EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES ET CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL:

Les exigences physiques et les caractéristiques de l'environnement de travail décrites ici sont représentatives de celles auxquelles un employé est confronté dans l'exercice des fonctions essentielles de ce poste. Des aménagements raisonnables peuvent être prévus pour permettre aux personnes handicapées d'exercer les fonctions essentielles. Ce poste exige un travail physique intense avec des mouvements répétitifs consistant à soulever et à porter fréquemment des objets pesant entre 11 et 23 kg. Certaines livraisons peuvent nécessiter de monter plusieurs étages à pied. Ce poste nécessite de rester assis, debout et de marcher pendant de longues périodes. La conduite d'un camion peut représenter en moyenne 6 à 11 heures par jour. Peut impliquer une exposition à des conditions météorologiques extrêmes lors des livraisons.

ÉDUCATION

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent

EXPÉRIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES


•Au moins 5 ans d'expérience comme chauffeur, de préférence dans le domaine des livraisons par itinéraire.
•Doit posséder et maintenir un dossier de conduite satisfaisant.
•Doit posséder un permis de classe 3 pour les camions de 26 pieds.
•Expérience avec le système GPS préférable.
•Bonne connaissance de la géographie du Québec.
•Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est un atout.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Supports FME Canada's mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FME Canada Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements. Responsible for the safe delivery and pick-up of dialysis products to home kidney patients and dialysis centers. Responsibilities include driving trucks, rotating stock and inventory checks. Requires operation of truck within Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and guidelines.

DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Responsible for driving the FME Canada culture through values and customer service standards.

• Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.

• Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.

• Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve, and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Delivers and picks up dialysis products to home patients, hospitals and clinics according to established safety procedures and guidelines

• Ensures good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and behaving with integrity in a courteous and professional manner

• Obtains customer signature for pickup and delivery of dialysis product

• Adheres to all federal and provincial regulations

• Establish the route for his delivery day as per the warehouse supervisor list

• Loading and unloading of the truck, placing product where customer requests it and ensuring product is free of dust or snow.

• Vehicle related responsibilities including ensuring the truck is kept clean inside the box and the cab and arranging for truck maintenance and repair as needed

• Maintains a satisfactory driving record

• Operates material-handling equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures as required

• Carry and maintain contact with sites through cellular communication, ensure paperwork of deliveries is filled out daily

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. repetitive basis required. Some deliveries may require carrying product up multiple flights of stairs.

This position requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Operation of truck may average 6 to 11 hours per day. Can involve exposure to extreme weather while making deliveries.

EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

•Minimum 5 years driver experience, preferably in route deliveries.

• Must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record

• Must possess a Class 3 license for 26 foot trucks

• Experience with GPS system preferred

• Good knowledge of the Quebec geography

• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
