We are hiring # **LCV Driver** from Lachine to Kingston

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.
- Follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
- Assist in the maintenance of vehicles, including basic automotive repair tasks as needed.
- Operate forklifts and heavy equipment when necessary for loading or unloading freight.

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience required working as LCV Driver.
- Experience in operating forklifts or heavy equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Monday to Friday

65/75 cents /per mile

Location - **Lachine (Montreal) to Kingston**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,700.00-$2,000.00 per week
