Our expertly trained team is ready to handle all insurance claims for windshield repair and replacement with ease. We also offer other products and services such as paint-less dent repair, detailing, remote car starters, fabric repairs, auto accessories and much more.

At Glass Experts, we are looking for a candidate who will represent our brand image and will provide a positive consumer experience to all our customers. The best candidates for this role would have prior Service Advisor or have considerable retail/food service experience in a professional environment. As a Service Advisor, you'll provide excellent service, with a goal to serve and maintain great relationships with our clients.

You will initiate automotive glass repairs and services by establishing the extent if the vehicle glass problem and services requested; verifying insurance coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining records, while having a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This position offers performance incentives beyond the hourly rate of pay

Other requirements include:

  • Responsible for greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, and estimating costs;
  • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles if applicable;
  • Confirms insurance coverage by examining customer records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions;
  • Assists with the coordination of alternate transportation such as rental car reservations or shuttle service;
  • Work with customers to determine extent of problem and provide glass technicians with accurate repair descriptions;
  • Contact the customer to obtain authorization for repairs as suggested, as well as to notify them that the repairs are completed and their vehicle is ready for pick-up;
  • Receive payment for the work completed, handle the cash or credit transaction and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Other duties as assigned and as may be amended from time to time to meet company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • 1+ years' experience in the automotive and/or service industry an asset
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner;
  • Must be able to perform under pressure and deescalate situations;
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Certificate of Conduct is required.
