Overview
Studio Kiku offers a range of services including Laser Tattoo Removal, Permanent Makeup Removal, Laser Facials & Scalp Micro Pigmentation Removal with the Picoway Laser. The studio has locations in Vancouver and Langley, and prides itself on providing high-quality services in a welcoming and professional environment.
This is a part-time on-site role for Front end Receptionist at Studio Kiku - we're accepting applications for both of our locations in Vancouver and Langley. The Front end Receptionist will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, clerical tasks, maintaining phone etiquette, keeping the studio tidy, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Must be available Saturdays and must have prior reception experience.
Responsibilities
- Book new and returning client appointments
- Answer phone inquires
- Handle cash and card payments
- Reply to client emails
- Daily cleaning of the studio
- Open and close studio
- Assist laser technicians with set up and tear down
- Answer client questions
Provide consultations
Skills
- Phone etiquette and communication skills
- Receptionist duties and clerical Skills
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Janeapp or similar program an asset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset
- Knowledge of laser, skincare or beauty industry is an asset
- Ability to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 25 per week
