Reporting to the Director, Infrastructure Delivery, the Program Manager provides thought leadership and applies their expert knowledge to work on strategic, complex, and often ambiguous infrastructure programs that are typically multi-year in duration, with substantial business impact, overseeing technical and business leadership across multiple initiatives.
This role leads the implementation of solutions that may require the modification of business processes, systems, and/or products, and can require significant departures from traditional approaches.
What you will do:
Lead and execute infrastructure-related programs, as assigned, ensuring they are aligned with business and technology goals, with all underlying projects managed and executed according to established plans, project standards and controls Manage the relationship with senior stakeholders, partnering in the development of strategic and operational plans Prepare and oversee program roadmap planning, identifying and ensuring resolution of cross program/project conflicts or risks, proactively assessing and responding to risks spanning multiple aspects of the program Ensure the expected outcomes of the program are effectively communicated and considered in optimizing the pursuit of its intended benefit and value Oversee the management of resourcing over a large body of work crossing multiple projects or initiatives Resolve scope, cost, schedule, resource, quality and risk issues within a shared governance structure Develop and manage an effective delivery network across project managers and other leaders, including providing feedback to people leaders on performance, development, resource assignment, etc.
What you will bring to the role:
10+ years managing large infrastructure-related projects with 3+ years managing complex infrastructure programs Demonstrated experience using various project and program management frameworks, including Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile, understanding how to best apply and adapt within high complexity projects and programs Experience in business and technical executive stakeholder relationship management across diverse areas with converging interests, including the ability to informally lead and influence those stakeholders in a complex environment Business, technical and financial acumen with the ability to apply it to the project and business landscape Demonstrated understanding of and adherence to control standards, audit practices, compliance etc. University or College education in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is considered an asset Competency with Clarity and Jira preferred

The base salary for this position is between $84, $141,400.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
