Migration experience For the project—program manager role​

  • Position Overview
  • We are looking for an experienced 
    program manager
     with strong expertise in managing large-scale 
    OpenText CCM to Quadient Inspire or Evolve platform migration
     projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading enterprise communication management (CCM) migration programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless transition of templates, data, workflows, and integrations.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for 
    OpenText Exstream/StreamServe/Documentum to Quadient Inspire or Evolve migration
    .
  • Define program roadmap, migration strategy, timelines, resource planning, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with business, technical, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure smooth migration.
  • Oversee design, analysis, and transformation of templates, business rules, content, and communication workflows.
  • Manage integration touchpoints with downstream and upstream systems (API, web services, data feeds, batch systems).
  • Drive requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and solution design discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and governance.
  • Track and report program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
  • Ensure quality assurance, testing readiness, and defect management throughout migration cycles.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, including change management and user training.
  • Monitor post-migration performance and stabilize the system during hypercare.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 10–18 years of total experience with at least 
    5+ years as Program Manager
    .
  • Strong experience in 
    CCM (Customer Communication Management) platform migration
    , especially:
  • OpenText Exstream / StreamServe
  • Quadient Inspire Suite
  • Evolve (or similar CCM modernization platforms)
  • Deep understanding of template design, content objects, workflows, and CCM architecture.
  • Experience managing large vendor teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with regulatory communications (Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare) is a plus.
  • Good to Have
  • Quadient Inspire or Evolve certification.
  • Exposure to CI/CD automation for CCM deployments.
  • Knowledge of cloud migration (AWS/Azure) for CCM platforms.
  • Background in document composition, batch processing, print operations, and omnichannel delivery.
