Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety protocols
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, stations, and service areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders
  • Uphold all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations

Skills

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
  • Knowledge of the food industry, including serving techniques and food safety practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and guests
  • Experience with food preparation or barista, bartender duties is a plus
  • Hospitality-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Language requirement: French and English
