About the role:

The Digital Marketing and Brand Specialist will play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives across PMI. This position involves working closely with third-party agencies as needed and collaborating with the in-house team to create solution-focused, successful initiatives and programs.

You'll take the lead on producing copy and communication content that represents and elevates our organization's voice. You'll manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensure our marketing initiatives align with business goals, and collaborate closely with teammates across the department.

You'll play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, creating visually engaging content, and keeping projects on track and on deadline. This position also involves proactive communication with internal stakeholders—including tenants—especially during periods of high turnover when clear, timely messaging matters most.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead property marketing initiatives across PMI Properties' portfolio, driving campaigns that support leasing, branding, and community engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong PMI brand identity, ensuring consistent application across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Manage digital presence and campaigns, including websites, social media accounts, Google Ads, and other online platforms, using analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including signage, print collateral, photos, videos, and digital assets, as well as engaging copy that tells the PMI story.
  • Plan, support, and promote corporate and community events, sponsorships, and open houses, capturing media for marketing use and social content.
  • Develop and schedule social media content, curating posts that reflect company culture, projects, and community involvement.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies on larger marketing, design, and promotional projects.
  • Monitor marketing performance and identify growth opportunities, leveraging data to continuously improve campaigns, audience reach, and overall effectiveness.
  • Support internal marketing needs, such as signage, collateral, and other brand materials for various teams.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tactics, applying insights to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, using analytics to inform improvements, identify growth opportunities, and enhance audience engagement.
  • Perform other general duties as required.

What you bring Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, or digital communications.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing or communications, business administration or related field
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and community management.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Video and photo editing skills are a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
