Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for cooking.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food is handled properly.
  • Support the serving staff by preparing plates and ensuring timely delivery of meals.
  • Keep the kitchen organized, including proper storage of food items.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus, particularly in meal preparation and cooking tasks.

Job Type: Part-time
