Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
  • Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Clean workstations and ensure the kitchen area is tidy at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen equipment is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy kitchen setting.
  • A passion for cooking and providing excellent hospitality to guests.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
