Schedule:
This is a 6 Month Contract.
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch (30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid) with required flexibility to respond to the needs of the business which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What your day to day will look like:
- Responsible for driving to each location daily/weekly to conduct inspections and walk throughs
- Responsible for supervising 20 locations assigned by the Account Manager and provide daily/ weekly updates
- Perform building walk through and inspections following all safety procedures and providing appropriate paperwork when work incidents occur
- Manage inventory reporting replenishing supplies and providing orders to Account manager
- Training of new employees and go to point of contact for on site employees handling scheduling, absences, and any personnel issues
- General cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; buffing floors; stripping and waxing floors; stone care; carpet cleaning; carpet spotting; upholstery cleaning; other duties as assigned. Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
- Must be comfortable driving to various locations daily and weekly
- Must have knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry having worked on commercial sites previously
- Ability to provide supervision and training of new employees as well as give daily direction and work lists
Our interview process:
- 20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter
- 20-40 minute to an hour assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks).
- 30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
