Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Exterior Grounds Crew Supervisor to lead a team of 3–6 crew members. This role involves overseeing all aspects of exterior property maintenance—lawn care and landscaping in the summer, and snow removal in the winter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and motivate grounds crew members to ensure quality work and safety standards.
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly maintenance schedules across multiple sites.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, plows, etc.).
  • Perform hands-on work alongside the crew as needed.
  • Monitor site conditions and report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
  • Ensure timely completion of seasonal tasks (grass cutting, leaf cleanup, salting, plowing, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or snow removal.
  • Prior supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
  • Availability for early mornings, weekends, and on-call snow events during winter months.
