Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Patent Specialist. The primary responsibilities include preparing and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability evaluations, and ensuring compliance with applicable patent laws and regulations. The candidate will collaborate with inventors and technical teams to develop robust intellectual property strategies. The role involves reviewing and managing patent portfolios and advising on patent-related matters to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Patent Applications, Preparation, and Prosecution
- In-depth understanding of Patent Law and Patentability principles
- Experience in managing and analyzing patent portfolios
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with inventors and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with wireless technologies or related technical fields is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or legal field; a law degree or registration with a patent office is advantageous
