We are looking for a highly creative and experienced
Senior Graphic Designer
to support and elevate the branding and marketing efforts for both Petite Revery and Nest Designs. This role is ideal for a strong designer who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys owning projects from concept to execution across both digital and print platforms.

About the Role

Reporting to the Art Director, the Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, eCommerce, and Wholesale while contributing creative ideas, design strategy, and execution. This is a senior-level individual contributor role with opportunities to provide guidance and mentorship as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through execution, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Jr. Graphic Designer and Marketing team to develop engaging visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Design across a wide range of mediums including digital, print, packaging, advertising, presentations, and e-commerce assets
• Create assets for social media, email marketing, influencer campaigns, and online storefronts
• Support website updates and design marketing emails aligned with brand guidelines
• Contribute to motion graphics, video content, and digital advertising as needed
• Oversee design execution for product photography, lifestyle imagery, and visual content
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines while ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
• Provide feedback and informal mentorship to junior designers when applicable
• Support creative needs for tradeshows, visual merchandising, and in-store displays

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and print design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat); experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is an asset
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing for social media, email marketing, and web platforms
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Prismic, or similar platforms is an asset
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and photography
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Ability to adapt and evolve a brand's visual identity in line with business goals
