In this role, you'll take projects from concept to execution, shaping how our brand shows up across digital, print, and in-club experiences. From bold large-format campaigns to sleek social content, you'll ensure our brand not only looks amazing but also inspires action.
You'll work directly with our VP of Marketing and a collaborative, high-energy team that loves fresh ideas and pushing creative boundaries. This is your chance to grow your design career while contributing to the success of a leading local fitness organization that's all about empowering people to live healthier lives.
What You'll Do:

Elevate and protect our brand identity across every touchpoint
Help refine design processes and organize our growing content library
Manage and troubleshoot large-format printing, and partner with external vendors for flawless production
Collaborate with our digital agency and marketing team to bring campaigns to life
Contribute creative insights through industry research and competitive analysis
Jump in where needed—whether it's tracking inventory, coordinating projects, or handling admin tasks that keep the creative engine running
What You Bring:
1–2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio
Post-secondary education in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
Intermediate-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator a must)
Bonus skills: video editing, motion graphics, photography, or animation
A sharp eye for clean, modern design and attention to detail
Comfortable in MS Office; HubSpot familiarity is a plus
Strong written communication and organizational skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment
A self-starter mindset: curious, motivated, and always ready to solve problems creatively
Why Join Fitness World?
Work with a passionate, innovative team where your creativity makes a visible impact every day
See your designs live across gyms, digital platforms, and major campaigns that inspire healthier living
Enjoy opportunities to grow your skills in design, marketing, and beyond
Be part of a local brand that's evolving and expanding—your work helps shape the future of Fitness World
If you're ready to flex your design skills in a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you
Our Perks:
Competitive compensation
Group benefits (dental, extended health & travel)
Complimentary membership to all locations (16 & growing) for you and one other
Discounted personal training, supplements and retail clothing
