Convyta Partners LP is a vibrant, growing firm based in Burnaby, BC. We provide administration and expert advice on pension plans, investments, group benefits, and other matters. We recently merged and are seeking an IT analyst to assist in helpdesk duties as well as various merger related projects.

This position is for fulltime employment for a period of three months with the possibility of permanent fulltime employment thereafter depending on company fit and post-merger workload. You will be working alongside our Systems Administrator and an MSP.

Successful applicants will be expected to work fulltime from our office located at Lougheed Hwy Burnaby BC V5C 0E4. Our office is located near the Brentwood SkyTrain station and is a 5-minute walk from Brentwood mall.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a helpdesk position; preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in managing a Windows environment including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune.
  • Knowledge of Linux an asset including basic knowledge of managing Linux-based services using Ansible and Docker.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. We are a security-focused organization and understand that security requires attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Strong desire to continually learn in a dynamic team environment and solve challenging problems.
  • Strong time management skills, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tickets/projects.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership of their work.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Duties

  • Assist with day-to-day helpdesk tickets including Microsoft 365 requests, troubleshooting Windows 11 PC issues and performing various IT functions around the office.
  • Assist with merger related activities such as re-imaging PCs, rolling out new applications/services and migrating multiple related products to one unified solution.

The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 per annum. Applications will be accepted until January 19th, 2026.
