face-to-face client interaction, customer care, and sales development
, offering greater control over outcomes and career progression than traditional customer service positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with business clients in person to identify needs and provide tailored telecom solutions
- Deliver excellent service while proactively building and managing client relationships
- Take ownership of a personal client pipeline and performance targets
- Support small and medium-sized businesses with ongoing account management
- Progress into sales leadership or account executive roles as performance develops
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, call centres, or similar) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to progress beyond entry-level roles
- No direct sales experience required — full training provided
