Entry-level Retail Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Retail Assistant to join our marketing team, supporting retail-based brand promotions and customer-facing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, representing well-known brands, and developing skills in sales and marketing within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service across retail-based marketing campaigns
- Engage with customers to promote products and increase brand awareness
- Assist in setting up retail displays, promotional stands, and campaign materials
- Provide product information clearly and confidently to customers
- Support brand activation activities and help drive sales performance
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times
