About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-level Retail Assistant to support promotional campaigns and represent client brands in retail and customer-facing environments. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and sales while working in a fast-paced and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally in retail and promotional settings
- Engage with customers to promote products and services
- Support in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team
- Support stock organisation and promotional materials setup
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
