Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, handling physical tasks, and delivering to customers and picking up produts from suppliers . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with heavy lifting, and familiarity with warehouse and delivery driving. This position offers an opportunity to develop versatile skills in a dynamic work setting.

Duties

  • Assist with moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse or job site
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate techniques and equipment
  • Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and suppliers
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Perform heavy lifting as required to handle materials or equipment
  • Support transportation activities, including commercial driving responsibilities when necessary

Requirements

  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment use such as forklifts
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
  • Experience with moving materials, warehouse operations
  • Valid G driver's license
  • Must have 5 years driving experience in Canada
  • 25+ years of age
  • Good physical condition with the ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods
  • Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
