Duties

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles, including trucks and vans, to transport packages across designated routes
  • Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling of heavy or fragile items
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip
  • Communicate with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery times and address any issues promptly
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during transit and loading/unloading processes
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure optimal operation

Qualifications

  • Valid G driver's license
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating deliveries and addressing customer inquiries
  • Previous experience in commercial driving or logistics is desirable
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a Minivan or Cargo van, will consider a larger suv
  • Proof of insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $180.00-$300.00 per day
