Job Title: Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician

Artisan Beauty Clinic is a leading medical spa and skincare clinic in Toronto, specializing in cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, microneedling, and advanced facial rejuvenation. Our mission is to enhance our clients' natural beauty through safe, effective, and personalized medical aesthetic treatments. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional aesthetic and laser treatments, including:
  • Laser hair removal, microneedling, facials, chemical peels, skin tightening, and body contouring
  • Conduct skin analysis and personalized consultations to create effective treatment plans.
  • Assist nurses or medical injectors with procedures when required.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and sterilization standards in compliance with Health Canada regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote return visits and retail sales.
  • Manage client records, treatment notes, and booking schedules using clinic software.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Medical Aesthetics from a recognized institution.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic setting preferred.
  • Experience using medical-grade skincare lines and laser equipment (e.g., Candela, Cynosure, Venus, or similar) is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of skin anatomy, contraindications, and treatment safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
