Position: Cosmetic Consultant / Treatment Coordinator

We are a multi-location medical aesthetics clinic in Toronto (North York, DT, Stouffville) with advanced technologies and strong technical expertise.

We are looking for a high-energy, talkative, and sales-driven consultant to join our team.

Requirements:

  • English & Mandarin bilingual preferred

  • Experience in beauty, retail, customer service, or sales

  • Strong communication skills

  • Confident in recommending & closing

  • Ability to follow up and book clients

  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Compensation:

  • $18–22/hour + commission

English Job Duties

  • Greet & build rapport with clients

  • Perform skin scan or basic intake

  • Recommend treatment plan based on concerns

  • Support doctor with consultations

  • Conduct 24h post-treatment follow-up

  • Send promotions to VIP clients

  • Maintain customer relationship

  • Follow up and close potential clients

  • Assist with simple content (short videos/case photos)

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and skincare products.
  • Aesthetician Certification is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandarin language ability is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
