Position Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our small but growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in construction materials, epoxy, or coatings and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you're motivated, customer-focused, and interested in concrete coatings or industrial supplies, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers with product inquiries and purchases
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on epoxy systems, coatings, and concrete repair materials
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and complete sales transactions
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers
  • Support inventory management, stocking, and warehouse organization as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction supply, epoxy, concrete coatings, paint,or industrial coatings preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic warehouse tasks
  • Basic computer and POS system experience
  • Interest or background in floor coatings, epoxy flooring, or industrial materials is a plus
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
