Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to help customers make informed decisions
  • Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
  • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products and displays to attract customer attention
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout area
  • Process transactions efficiently using cashiering skills while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or product demos
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good organizational skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer experiences
