Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash and credit payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
  • Stay informed about promotions, new products, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
  • Should have Serve it Right Certificate
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store displays effectively.
  • Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical sales experience is beneficial for assisting customers with specialized products.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
