Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.

Weekend availability is required.

Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to menu specifications and recipes
  • Cook and plate meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, including plating, garnishing, and portioning
  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment for all staff

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens.
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
