Our client is seeking a Maintenance Shift Leader – Food Industry
Location: Oakville ON

Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Shift Leader to oversee maintenance operations in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities on assigned shifts.

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.

  • Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely to minimize downtime.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules.

  • Support continuous improvement and uphold food safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or trade certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance in the food production or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

  • Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality standards.
