Job Duties:

o Provide exceptional Guest service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues

o Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the shift

o Maintenance

o Hosting birthday parties

o Working with the POS system and handling cash

o Employee Satisfaction and Supervision

o Cash Management and Policy Adherence

o Health and Safety of all employees and guests

o Up selling additional Putt-In-Glow offerings including birthday parties, fundraisers, group bookings and merchandise

o Cleanliness of the location

Qualifications:

  • Fun, outgoing, and energetic team player
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • You must enjoy working with people of all ages especially children.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work independently

  • You must be available to work all weekend shifts and occasional weekday shifts.

  • Experience in Canadian customer service and on cash register is an asset

  • Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and cash handling is an asset

Need own reliable transportation as there is no bus available after closing shifts
