Are you a self-motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth in the staffing industry? We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Account Executive to lead strategic initiatives, generate new business, and expand our presence in the infrastructure and workforce solutions space.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in staffing services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Provide expert guidance on staffing investments and infrastructure-focused business opportunities.
  • Sales Oversight: Lead regional sales and client engagement initiatives to drive pipeline development and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage direct reports, fostering performance and accountability.
  • Lead Generation: Use data mining, networking, and outreach to discover and qualify new leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Confidently communicate the value and capabilities of the organization to prospective clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified prospects to generate revenue and build long-term client loyalty.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and nurture a pipeline from initial contact to closed business.
  • Sales Coordination: Transfer qualified opportunities to appropriate sales team members for follow-up and conversion.


CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive.
  • Experience working with leading staffing agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, or Manpower.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaboration across business relationships.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
