Part-time Receptionist at Physio/Massage Therapy Clinic

We are a well-established multidisciplinary (Physiotherapy/Massage Therapy/Chiropractic/Kinesiology) clinic in the Panorama neighborhood of Surrey. We provide a high energy environment with a friendly atmosphere. The shift that is available is Monday (9 am - 1 pm). Option to cover other shifts as needed (e.g. holiday or emergency coverage).

Job Description:

  • Greeting patients and answering questions
  • Booking patient appointments (in-person, online, and by phone)
  • Collecting payment, billing insurance companies, and issuing receipts
  • Light cleaning duties and laundry

You are a friendly and outgoing personality who believes in treating our patients with a high degree of respect and professionalism. You are reliable and thrive in a team atmosphere.

Skills you need:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in the health care environment is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Excellent customer service & conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional telephone & in-person communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Jane App or similar online booking & billing system preferred but not required.
