Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with business units to understand their processes, challenges, and application needs.

  • Document functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Application Configuration and Support

  • Configure applications to meet organizational needs.

  • Provide user support through troubleshooting, training, and documentation.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

  • Assist in resolving integration issues through analysis and technical documentation, ensuring timely resolution.

Project Management and Implementation

  • Participate in application implementation and upgrade projects.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of application changes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Data and Reporting

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency within enterprise applications.

  • Support data migration and integration efforts.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise application environments.

  • Proven experience assessing data models, reviewing integration processes, and analyzing data migration strategies.

  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to show leadership, resourcefulness, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficient in business process modeling and documentation.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis is an asset.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certifications related to enterprise applications are an asset
    (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant).

  • Business analysis certifications are an asset
    (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
