Role Description
iSP3 implementation solutions inc. is hiring a Manager, Accounting Operations to lead the firm's General Accounting functions including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and key general ledger activities. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of day-to-day accounting operations. Reporting to the Senior Partner, you will manage a team responsible for general accounting and shared services activities. The role includes strengthening internal controls and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate business process workflows and implementation of Financials and Service Billing on a Tier 1 ERP solution. You will also play a key role in supporting mid-month and end of month service billing activities, quarter-end and annual close, as well as co-ordination and communication with our 3
rd
party accounting firm. If you are a technically strong, process-driven accounting leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people and enabling systems, this role is for you.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in an Accounting Manager or Controller role
- Certified Public Accountant – CGA or CA
- Preparing quarterly and annual Financial Statements
- Overseeing invoicing and day to day AP and AR activities
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Enterprise Accounting Applications
