Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Podcast Producer to manage the production of our company podcasts, including both live and pre-recorded episodes. This is a fully remote position, with collaboration and communication conducted via Zoom. The ideal candidate will have expertise in podcast production, editing, and distribution across multiple platforms, with specific experience using

Key Responsibilities

  • Podcast Production: Oversee the end-to-end production of podcasts, including planning, recording, and post-production.
  • Live Podcast Management: Run live podcast sessions on YouTube and other streaming platforms, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output.
  • Pre-Recorded Podcasts: Assist in recording, editing, and finalizing pre-taped podcast episodes to meet brand standards.
  • Editing: Edit audio and video content to ensure professional sound quality, seamless transitions, and engaging pacing.
  • Platform Management: Upload and configure podcast episodes on various platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc.), ensuring proper formatting, metadata, and scheduling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hosts, guests, and the marketing team via Zoom to align on content goals and production schedules.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues during recording or live streaming to ensure a smooth production process.

We already have a number podcast episodes in the can but need the help in editing and uploading them, as well as ongoing help producing new ones and working with our marketing company on this.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,970.63-$55,362.48 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
