We're seeking an experienced, consultative

Senior Sales Executive to expand our Content and AI Solutions business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solution-based selling, understands the content management landscape (particularly Box, SharePoint, and Blob Storage).

You'll engage directly with clients and partners to help organizations modernize their content ecosystems — bridging traditional content management systems with emerging AI-driven automation capabilities.

Content is the foundation of enterprise AI. From managing documents in Box and SharePoint, to connecting workflows with Blob Storage, our clients depend on us to unlock new value from their content. You'll be instrumental in driving this transformation by helping clients navigate the intersection of content, process, and intelligence.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across Canada and the U.S.
  • Represent VersaFile's portfolio of AI-powered Content and Automation Solutions, with an emphasis on Box, SharePoint, and Blob Storage.
  • Position VersaFile as a trusted advisor in modern content management — helping clients transition to intelligent, AI-enabled content ecosystems.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements with senior decision-makers, identifying business challenges and designing value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts to design and propose tailored solutions that align with client goals.
  • Build strategic partnerships with vendors and technology partners to expand business reach
  • Maintain detailed records of pipeline, activities, and client communications using CRM systems.
  • Travel occasionally within North America (up to 25%).

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales in Content Management or Automation.
  • Proven experience selling or partnering with Box (required).
  • Strong familiarity with SharePoint and Blob Storage solutions.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to articulate complex technical value propositions in business terms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in dynamic, growing organizations.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with Filenet, OpenText, or Laserfiche.
  • Experience selling AI or automation technologies (e.g., Intelligent Document Processing, Process Automation, or Low-Code Platforms).
  • Industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, or Retail.

Location: Our head office is in Vancouver, but this is a remote work from home role, with the ability to work anywhere in Canada

Type: Full-Time Permanent Employee

Salary:

  • Base Salary range: CAD $120, ,000 per year
  • OTE: $170,000 - $200,000
  • We will base the salary on the candidate's skills, experience and organizational fit.
