About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
eCRM Program/Product Manager
to lead the ongoing development and implementation of a large-scale
Enterprise Client Relationship Management (eCRM)
platform.

This position involves overseeing multiple concurrent CRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, governance standards, and delivery excellence across various business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving modernization, service integration, and client experience transformation across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain program governance and decision-making frameworks.

Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational priorities.

Establish detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to ensure consistency and quality.

Manage budgets, track expenditures, and provide accurate financial reporting.

Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.

Develop and execute change management and stakeholder communication plans.

Deliver regular progress reports to leadership and key stakeholders.

Ensure quality completion of all project documentation and deliverables.

Facilitate smooth transition of completed projects to operational teams.

Collaborate with enterprise architecture and technical leads to prioritize and deliver business requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications

Minimum
7 years of experience
in IT project and program management within a software or development environment.

Proven experience managing
enterprise CRM programs
with multiple concurrent implementations.

Experience working within
public sector or large enterprise environments
.

Assets

Hands-on experience implementing and configuring
Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS)
CRM systems.

Demonstrated leadership in
large-scale digital transformation or modernization programs
.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with executive-level leadership.
