More about the role

This is an exciting internship opportunity for you to light the way as a Marketing Intern - Demand Planning in Markham with Signify, the world leader in lighting.

This internship runs for four months from January through April 2026, with the potential for extension.

Salary Range: $22.45-$27.85 per hour

  • Act as a critical link between sales, marketing and operations to ensure the company can meet customer needs efficiently and profitably
  • Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data, market trends and consumer behavior to create accurate sales forecasts
  • Problem-solving: Adapt to market changes and develop solutions to improve forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with various teams to align supply chain operations with sales forecasts and marketing plans
  • Performance reporting: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to optimize inventory and overall performance

  • Enrolled in College or University, preferably in Business Administration/ Marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering effective collaboration
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in key business applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables

This internship could lead to an at will full-time role in Signify.
