Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative marketing & sales intern to support the growth and success of LILA. This is an exciting opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, sales, and fulfillment within an eco-friendly startup environment.

Responsibilities:

-Marketing:

  • Assist with social media content creation and management across platforms.
  • Support SEO and website optimization efforts.
  • Help with email marketing campaigns: creation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with influencer marketing outreach and management.
  • Contribute to earned media efforts through partnerships and outreach.
  • Help create one-pagers, labels, and other marketing collateral
  • Assist with event discovery, preparation, and attendance, along with post-event analysis.

-Sales:

  • Build and optimize sales systems and pipelines.
  • Maintain sales information using HubSpot CRM.
  • Assist in lead discovery, outreach, and closing of deals.

-Fulfillment:

  • Support the planning and execution of fulfillment strategies.
  • Help manage customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and eligible to complete an unpaid internship or work-integrated learning placement.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content creation.
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability and innovation.
  • Okay with being on camera (optional)
