This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager looking to gain more experience in residential high rise construction.

Client Details

My client is hiring a Project Manager to lead a high-rise residential development in London. This is a full-cycle role overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-story build. You'll work closely with site teams, consultants, and ownership to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee highrise construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reporting and future reference.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Highrise should have:

  • Proven experience managing highrise construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Relevant educational background in construction management or a related field.
