On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - L&D for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Toronto office.

Project Manager - L&D - Job Description:

The Project Manager - L&D will be part of a transformational project for the retail space, focusing on implementing innovative learning solutions. This role involves leading medium-to-high complexity projects to enhance learning and development processes within the organization.

Project Manager - L&D - Responsibilities:


• Conduct status calls and manage project risks and stakeholders


• Ensure projects are kept on time and within budget


• Drive L&D processes for various learning formats, including ILT, eLearning, and webinars


• Support vendor selection and onboarding for third-party learning solutions


• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies


• Report on project progress to teams and business stakeholders


• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of L&D projects

Project Manager - L&D - Mandatory Skills:


• Project Management experience


• Experience with MS Project/MS Office


• Managing medium to high complexity projects


• Experience in the banking, financial industry, or insurance companies


• Project Manager experience in Learning & Development (5 years)


• Strong client focus and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Project Manager - L&D – Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Agile experience/SCRUM


• Prior L&D experience in performance consulting or learning technologies


• PMP, Agile, and/or Scrum certification


• Experience with LMS and LXP


• Experience with eLearning tools and standards

Project Manager - L&D – Assignment Length:

This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.
