You will be working directly with physicians and patients and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

If the right candidate is found, they can start immediately. Our ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, compassionate and is comfortable with multi-tasking. We provide training and orientation.

  • Proficiency with a computer including using EMR
  • Professional

  • Experience with Accuro and Plexia

Duties:

  • Answers inquiries by phone and in person in a helpful, respectful and efficient manner
  • Maintains appointment schedule and manages recalls
  • Maintains electronic medical record
  • Ensures patient confidentiality
  • Proof-read and fax out consult letters to physicians' offices
  • Orders and receives office and medical supplies, handles invoices/deposits
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Medical office: 1 year (preferred)
