Job Summary

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, to process customer orders and payments accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to comply with food safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to perform tasks independently when necessary.
