About the Role

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our winter response team. Whether you are behind the wheel of a plow truck or clearing paths with a snowblower, your work ensures our community stays safe and mobile.

  • The "3:00 AM" Reliability: When the alert goes out, we need you there. Consistency is our #1 requirement.

Core Responsibilities

Sidewalk Crew:

  • Operating snowblowers, power brushes, and hand shoveling. Applying de-icing salt to walkways and entries.Ability to lift 50lbs; endurance for outdoor work in extreme cold.

Truck & Blade Operator:

  • Plowing parking lots and roadways. Operating salt spreaders and maintaining blade height for efficiency.Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred for heavy rigs); previous plowing experience.Requirements

Requirements

  • Availability: Must be available for "on-call" shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays (whenever the snow falls).
  • Communication: Must have a working smartphone to receive dispatch alerts and log hours.
  • Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or snow removal is a plus, but we will train the right person with a stellar work ethic.
