We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Homeroom Teacher to join our team for a position starting in in August 2026. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach and lead a primary class following IB PYP and curriculum standards.Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across core subjects.Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports holistic student development.Use inquiry-based learning to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.Regularly assess and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and contribute to school initiatives.Encourage student participation in extra-curricular activities and ensure their social and personal growth.Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide effective feedback to students and parents. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: A degree in Education or a related field with a recognised teaching qualification.Teaching experience, preferably in an international or IB school.Knowledge and experience with inquiry-based and student-centred teaching methods.Proven ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, multicultural environment.A commitment to contributing to the wider school community.
