The Role
Our Web Services team in Halifax is looking for a Projects Manager to join our growing group of digital professionals. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the team, helping to bring our clients' online visions to life.
You'll coordinate digital projects from start to finish — managing timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that websites and content updates are delivered seamlessly. Your strong organization skills and proactive mindset will keep projects moving, while your curiosity about digital platforms will help you bridge the gap between creative and technical teams.
This position is ideal for someone with a marketing or communications background who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about creating outstanding online experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the web team's schedule and collaborate closely with developers, designers, and client service teams Develop and manage project scopes, workback schedules, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong, trust-based relationships Coordinate and participate in quality assurance and testing plans to ensure websites meet functionality, accessibility, and design standards Implement content updates via CMS Coordinate and manage general maintenance schedule for client websites Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively communicate updates to teams and clientsQualifications
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in digital project management, account coordination, or a similar role Working knowledge of website development processes, content management systems (e.g., Craft CMS, WordPress, Drupal, or similar) Proficient with project management tools and familiar with web or digital analyticsAbilities
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to bridge conversations between technical and non-technical teams Client-focused approach with strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and curious, with an interest in how generative AI tools can enhance digital workflows Exceptional attention to detail and clear written and verbal communicationWhat we offer
