Role Purpose
The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) owns all field operational outcomes within an assigned geographic area. For Alberta, this is typically defined as North, Central, or South regions. Integrity Pole Inspections intends to establish three Regional Operations Manager positions, aligned with Alberta North, Central, and South.
As business needs require, the ROM may also support or temporarily oversee operations in other provinces or territories (e.g., British Columbia or Yukon), particularly for seasonal or project-based work.
The ROM operates their assigned area as a self-contained business unit, accountable for production, quality, safety, fleet readiness, client delivery, and field leadership.

- Maintain operational continuity during periods of uneven demand or seasonal fluctuation

- Ensure inspections comply with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and client-specific standards
- Oversee quality audit cadence and corrective actions
- Enforce safety standards and exercise stop-work authority when required

4. Fleet, Equipment & Materials

7. Ownership & Escalation
- Make daily operational decisions independently within defined company guardrails
